Warranty and maintenance

The People’s Insurance Company of China underwrites third-party liability insurance for mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment due to product quality (Note: In accordance with the requirements of insurance company insurance regulations, the customer must be equipped with qualified operators at the equipment site, and Accurately record the process of the accident and report the insurance in a timely manner, only if the insurance company accepts it);The customer should operate the equipment correctly according to the equipment instruction manual provided by our company. The equipment failure caused by the operation error of the customer's personnel (the equipment operator designated by the customer, and the vehicle driver, etc.) is not covered by our free warranty; However, our company will repair on site within 2 hours (50km-100km) after receiving the notification from the customer, and the related maintenance costs shall be borne by the customer.
