"Vertical circulation type mechanical parking equipment" industry standard JBT10215-2020 has formulated the basic requirements for the design and implementation of this type of garage, including the whole machine performance, manufacturing, structure, testing and debugging and other detailed parameters and requirements. Due to various reasons, three-dimensional garage in the use of the process, there have been a number of three-dimensional garage use accidents. Accidents not only lead to vehicle damage, and even casualties of the situation. The cause of the accident is man-made and there are design reasons. In order to avoid accidents, should try to improve the safety of the garage system redundancy and stability. Security and stability is still the focus of the future improvement of the three-dimensional loop garage system.

Transmission system of vertical circulation garage

The vertical circulation garage is loaded with vehicles through a carriage platform containing a carriage board, and the vehicles move with the carriage in a vertical circulation mechanism. Vertical circulation garage commonly used cycle lifting mechanical structure for independent frame type shift fork type sheave drive or sprocket drive. The chain plate is installed on the rail of the main frame, and the sprocket is installed on the main frame. When the mechanism moves, the sprocket drives the rollers between the chain plates to drive the chain plates to move circularly in the track. The lifting chain plate is a triangular steel plate, the bottom edge is connected as a chain plate, and the mounting hole at the other end is connected to the carriage. The loading platform is installed in the mounting holes of the lifting chain plates at the front and rear ends through the central horizontal axis.

The structure of the entire movement mechanism of the garage is shown in Figure 1. The motor first decelerates through the reducer, and then further decelerates through the chain transmission, and then drives the sprocket to drive the chain plate to circulate in the frame track.

The transmission system of the vertical cycle parking system is the key to the safety of the parking system. It is found that the starting impact of the motor in the transmission system and the hanging basket structure of the vehicle platform are the main causes of system vibration. Acceleration detection data show that when the bottom carriage moves laterally, there are large vibrations in the up and down and left and right directions, and there are repeated lateral oscillations. In view of this, this paper puts forward the improvement measures of mechanical structure or electrical control. In addition, the triangular plate and carriage connection of the three-dimensional vertical circulation garage can increase the mechanical connection, increase the safety redundancy, and improve the reliability of the garage.
