衡水奇佳停车设备有限公司销售部年中工作会议于2020年6月30日在公司召开,因受疫情影响,本次年中会议由销售五位区域总经理、安装部长和售后部长及内勤共同参加,会议由销售总监罗总主持。  会议首先由安装部长王部长做汇报。王部长将目前正在施工的项目进度情况和施工过程中存在问题的项目一一进行了讲解,并对人员方面作出了合理的安排。罗总对安装部的整体工作进行评价,王部长自接手安装工作以来安装质量和安装工期都得到了很大的提升,在发货进度方面也让销售人员省了不少心。虽然疫情没过去,但是王部长经常去项目上跟踪项目进度,了解项目施工过程中存在的问题,罗总对这种敬业的工作态度表示非常认可,希望下半年安装部继续保持这样积极热情的工作态度,为保证项目工期提供坚强的后盾。安装部长王占超做工作汇报  售后部部长李迅对所有正在维保中的项目进行了汇总并将维保成本的降低情况做了详细汇报,售后部长对对外承接项目拓展业务方面提出了合理化建议,并提出对外扩招维保人员。罗总对售后的工作汇报进行了剖析,表示现在售后部与销售和安装部门的工作配合比较默契,项目的后期状况能够及时有效的沟通。公司专门成立了质量小组,由售后部长担任组长,这对产品的质量把控起到了最好的保障,对于提升奇佳的品牌效应也起到了不小的作用。售后部长李迅(左二)汇报工作  随后销售部五位区域总经理分别对上半年的销售额完成情况,目前正在跟踪中的项目情况和下半年的销售目标做了详细汇报,五位区总认真总结了上半年工作中的不足并对下半年工作管理和业绩完成作出了详细安排。罗总针对五位区域总经理的汇报作出了总结,虽然在这样的严峻形势下业务工作不好展开,但是华北区域依然作出了表率,上半年取得了不错的业绩,并对华北区域经理李莹工作做出了评价,表示李总在业务工作中说的少做的多,经常早出晚归,是真正用实际行动做事情。虽然不善于表达,但是干事的态度是值得大家学习的,希望李总在今后的工作中能够多沟通,未来走的更高更远。罗总提出在这样的对比下大家应该反思一下,每个区域的工作是否做到了尽职尽责,已经签订的项目是否及时跟踪及时解决问题,跟踪的项目是否做到了100%的付出和努力,希望大家能够在市场竞争的压力下激发自己的工作热情,不要被市场淘汰,不要落后于他人。  罗总表示目前为止公司生产依然在繁忙的工作。公司上半年在设备升级改造方面,技术研发方面,生产过程质量控制方面等都投入很大。就是为了下半年能把上半年损失找回来。危机就是机会希望大家积极努力大干快干完成年终指标。第一利用我们公司产品优势比如垂直循环在全国市场占有最大的优势来重点推广,线上线下两手抓。第二市场代理商开发也要落实到位。工作要做细做实。区域经理做工作汇报​罗总做工作总结   最后,罗总对三个部门工作进行整体部署,希望大家齐心协力下半年创造奇迹。  参会人员合影
