In order to ensure the orderly and effective development of the competition, the company's enterprise management office, office and production department carefully formulated the competition plan, set up an activity organization group and an evaluation group, respectively responsible for carrying out various tasks, formulated detailed operation scoring standards, and made awards according to the evaluation content. The contest is based on practical exercises, supplemented by theory. Players are required to take a unified theoretical examination before taking part in practical skills competitions for different types of work.

Han Xueting, a member of the corporate culture team, delivered an opening speech for the skill contest, which kicked off the skill contest.

For this skill competition, the company has prepared generous rewards for everyone. The first prize is Midea's multifunctional induction cooker, the second prize is Arowana flour and rice, and the third prize is Arowana peanut oil.

First of all, the theoretical test was conducted. The three types of jobs were answered according to staggered seats. Everyone filled in the test questions carefully.

After the theoretical test, the evaluation team will mark the paper.

After the marking, the evaluation team will rank the theoretical scores of each participating employee, and then conduct * exciting practical competition.

After nearly 2 hours of fierce competition, the results are as follows:

First place in welding station: Zhang Huan, first place in assembly station: Li Sheng, first place in painting station: Fang Guohu, awarded by Shi Zong, chairman and general manager of Hengshui Qijia Parking Equipment Co., Ltd.

Second place in welding station: Jin yuewei and Zheng Biao, second place in assembly station: Chen diantong and Tian xinpan, second place in painting station: Qiu fengliang, director Chen of project operation center of Hengshui qijia parking equipment co., ltd. presented awards to the employees

Third place in welding station: Tian Changxing, Jia Dongxue, Qiao Wei, third place in assembly station: Sun Yanhua, Lin Qiaoyi, Zhang Jianjun, third place in painting station: Gong Lixin, presented awards to the employees by Du, deputy director of project operation center and director of production department of Hengshui Qijia Parking Equipment Co., Ltd.

Director Li of the Enterprise Management Office presented participation awards to all participating employees who did not win the award.

Skills competition focuses on participation, and the purpose is to improve the quality awareness of employees.
