今年1月,中国停车网MRCPO例行发布“2019年度机械车库招投标市场榜单”。在这份榜单上,一家年轻企业显得格外亮眼:企业中标数量分榜,位列第八;垂直循环项目中标金额榜十个上榜项目中,有6个出自这家企业之手。  很难想象这样的成绩单的创造者——衡水奇佳,仅仅成立八年时间。  衡水奇佳是河北奇佳集团下属子公司。2006年,河北奇佳集团成立,到今天,集团业务涵盖工程材料、车库、物业和酒店等多个领域。“集团以工程材料起家,主要做高速公路用的波纹管涵,在这一领域取得多项发明专利,尤其是直径超8米的专利更是受到行业瞩目。目前集团年销售额8亿左右,在相关领域占据绝对市场优势”。衡水奇佳销售总监罗长兴介绍。  波纹管涵是奇佳集团的基础,这块业务的做大做强,让奇佳集团有了拓展其他业务的资金和精力。机械车库就是奇佳集团看好的业务领域。“在跑波纹管涵业务的同时,奇佳集团关注到了机械车库,基于越来越严峻的停车难题,集团公司认为,这个行业发展潜力巨大。”2012年6月,衡水奇佳成立,专业于机械车库的设计制造。  没有经验,没有技术,企业成立之初的发展往往是举步维艰。但好在奇佳集团实力雄厚,斥两亿巨资建设新厂房、引进先进生产设备:生产基地占地235亩,厂房建筑面积超4万平米,钢结构焊接、喷漆喷涂流水线,数控机床等等一应俱全。而且,机械车库制造的镀锌、打孔、焊接这些生产环节与波纹管涵的生产制造有相通之处,所以,在生产管理、品质控制等方面,衡水奇佳经验丰富。  但技术仍然代表着企业的核心竞争力。为了弥补技术短板,2015年,衡水奇佳与韩国知名车库企业高西宅合资成立河北高西宅智能车库工程有限公司,主要负责机械车库技术引进、再研发与融合应用。“国内机械车库行业仅发展了20余年,而国外有超过50年的发展历程,相对而言,国外技术更加成熟稳定,而引进这些成熟的技术加以升级应用,有助于我们实现弯道超车。”  “让听见炮火的人指挥战斗”,在这样的企业价值观下,2016年,罗长兴加入衡水奇佳,主抓公司销售板块。罗长兴有着十几年的机械车库从业经验,熟悉行业、了解行业,能对市场做出精准预判:“就像钓鱼,首先得到有鱼的池塘,否则,即便垂钓技术再好,也是白费力气。”引进新的销售人员、确定主攻市场领域、划分市场区域、设立办事处、拓展销售渠道,罗长兴到公司后,对衡水奇佳的销售工作进行了一系列的梳理和改进。  品质保障、技术先进、市场发力,经过5年时间的积累与储备,2017年,衡水奇佳项目迎来大面积爆发,公司发展进入快车道。到目前为止,衡水奇佳建成项目超过800个,覆盖泊位10万个,法院、银行、公安局等行政事业单位项目频频落地,房地产项目合作方中也不乏中铁建、首钢、融汇、恒大等知名企业。衡水奇佳完成了他的后浪逆袭。  “衡水奇佳是一家非常年轻的企业,年轻意味着敢想敢干,有拼劲。在坚持‘以质量求生存,以信誉求发展’的经营理念不变的前提下,接下来,我们将结合现有产能,在不盲目扩张的情况下,保持年销售额30%的增长速度,争取三年内,能到企业中标数量排行榜前五的位置。”

Relatively speaking, foreign technologies are more mature and stable, and the introduction of these mature technologies for upgrading and application will help us achieve corner overtaking."

Luo Changxing has more than ten years of experience in the mechanical garage. He is familiar with the industry and understands the industry.
