Project Background
Fangshan District, located at the junction of the North China Plain and Taihang Mountains, is the southwest gateway of the capital. It belongs to the outer suburbs, but it is not far from the urban area. It has established a higher education park, a logistics park in the west of Beijing, and the subway Fangshan line is connected to the subway line 9.
Fangshan has convenient transportation. There are major transportation routes such as Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Beijing-Kunming and Jingxiong Expressway under planning and construction, as well as rail transit such as Fangshan Line and Yanfang Line. It is only half an hour's drive from Beijing Daxing International Airport and within an hour's drive from Xiongan New area and the core area of the capital. Project Introduction
Qijia, after comprehensively considering the parking demand, site conditions and traffic flow of the management committee and its surrounding areas, has adopted a three-storey lifting and traversing three-dimensional garage scheme on a plot covering an area of 216.7 ㎡ to create a total of 32 three-dimensional parking spaces.

If the traditional plane vertical driving yard is built on the plot, only 13 parking spaces can be provided according to the calculation of 16 ㎡/parking space. After the application of the three-story lifting and traversing three-dimensional garage, the increase rate of the number of vehicles has reached 246, and the average area of a single parking space is 6.77 square meters, which improves the land utilization rate and realizes the intensive use of land. After the completion of the garage, it greatly facilitates the nearby residents and staff, effectively alleviates the problem of parking difficulties, and also standardizes the civilized parking order.
