New Regulation 1: "Guangzhou City Construction Project Parking Spaces Allocation Index Regulations" (Sui Planning Resource Regulations 〔2023] No. 5), implemented on July 14, 2023

Residential construction standards: commercial housing, self-built housing, common property housing first-class area.1.0~1.2 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, Class II area ≥ 1.2 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, and Class III area ≥ 1.2 berths/100 ㎡ construction area.

Standard for Office Building Construction: Administrative Office Class I Area0.6~0.7 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, Class II area ≥ 1.0 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, and Class III area ≥ 1.2 berths/100 ㎡ construction area.

Standard for the construction of commercial buildings: shopping malls and supporting commercial facilities0.5~0.6 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, Class II area ≥ 0.8 berths/100 ㎡ construction area, and Class III area ≥ 1.0 berths/100 ㎡ construction area.

Hospital construction standards: general hospitals, Junior College hospitals in the tertiary hospital area≥ 1.2 berth/100 ㎡ construction area, Class II area ≥ 1.3 berth/100 ㎡ construction area, and Class III area ≥ 1.4 berth/100 ㎡ construction area.

Regulations on restricting the construction of mechanical parking spaces: in principle, the parking spaces set up in new buildings in accordance with the requirements of the technical indicators of the allocation shall not adopt the form of mechanical parking. For large public buildings such as theaters, convention and exhibition centers, stadiums and other large-scale public buildings and residential buildings with a large number of people and vehicles, the parking spaces set up in accordance with the requirements of the technical indicators of the allocation should not adopt the form of mechanical parking. Reconstructed or expanded hospitals, schools, transportation hubs and other public welfare buildings, which are indeed restricted by construction conditions, can be equipped with mechanical parking spaces, and the setting ratio should not be greater than the total number of parking spaces50%。

New Regulation 2: "Notice of Nanning Development and Reform Commission on Optimizing and Adjusting the Charging Standards for Motor Vehicle Parking Services in Nanning Road Parking Spaces" (Nanfa Reform Regulations 〔2023 No. 1), implemented on July 15, 2023

Free time: half an hour.

Charging period:7:30 (inclusive)-20:00

Charge standard: free parking in Class I area for half an hour before3 hours 1.0 yuan/15 minutes (4 yuan/hour) 3 hours later 1.5 yuan/15 minutes (6 yuan/hour), capped at 50 yuan all day.

New Regulation 3: "Loudi City Motor Vehicle Parking Management Regulations" (Loudi City People's CongressAnnouncement No. 1 of 2023), implemented on August 1, 2023

New Regulation IV: (Zunyi) Notice on Adjusting the Charging Standards for Motor Vehicle Parking Services in Central Urban Areas (2023), implemented on July 1, 2023

Public parking: Free half hour, indoor small car in central area5 yuan/vehicle within 2 hours, more than 2 hours plus 1 yuan/hour, no more than 18 yuan/vehicle within 24 hours of continuous parking. 5 yuan/vehicle within 2 hours outside the central area; more than 2 hours plus 1 yuan/hour, no more than 15 yuan/vehicle within 24 hours of continuous parking.

Road berths: free15 minutes, the first billing period during the day is 4 yuan/vehicle per hour, and then 2 yuan/hour continuous parking within 24 hours does not exceed 25 yuan/vehicle. 5 yuan/time at night.

New Regulation 5: "(Shanghai) Regulations on the Implementation of Time-limited Reduction of Parking Fees for Special Motor Vehicles for the Disabled in this Municipality" (Shanghai Traffic Regulations 〔2023/No. 4), implemented on August 1, 2023
